Every single Gin glass is almost large enough to hold the contents of an entire bottle! Giving you ample room for plenty of ice, a few pieces of lime, a healthy dash of gin, all topped up with your favourite tonic to make for the perfect G&T!!
The vast majority of ceramic you’ll find on our site is suitable for use in the dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer. Under the “Additional Information” tab there are full details specific for each product advising on whether it is suitable for use with each appliance.
Please note, unless it is designed to (and clearly says so) you should never take any ceramic direct from one extreme to another – for instance, never take a piece out of the oven and pour cold water on it / put it in the freezer.Glass
So long as it will fit, much of the glassware is suitable for use in the dishwasher. However, we strongly suggest, that wherever possible that you hand-wash any glassware. Not only does it reduce the chance of breakages, but also helps to maintain the clarity of the glass.
Slate and Wood:
Items made of slate and wood should never be put in the dishwasher. Instead, clean them with a damp cloth and some washing up liquid. Never leave wood soaking in water.
We always try & get your order out to you as quickly & safely as possible. Most orders placed for delivery within the UK Mainland will be delivered within four working days. For deliveries to Ireland & to mainland Europe please allow a couple more days.
Orders over £40.00 being delivered anywhere in the UK are dispatched free of charge. Orders below £40.00 are charged £4.95 for P&P.

If your delivery address is within the UK then any pre ordered goods will be dispatched to you as soon as they arrive back in stock. There are no additional shipping charges for this, and any other items you have ordered, which are in stock at the time of ordering, will be dispatched without delay.
Please note – should your delivery address be outside of the UK, and you have ordered both goods in stock and pre ordered products, then all items will be dispatched at the same time when everything is in stock.
We try to be accurate as possible with the dates we list for the item to return back in stock. Should there be any serious delays then we will contact you to let you know.
Firstly, should you ever receive something from us which is damaged or faulty, we’d like to apologise now. We’ve all ordered something online, and know how disappointing it is to receive something in a sub-standard state. Happily this is very rare, but, being what it is, ceramic and glass sometimes does end up taking a knock (no matter how well you pack it!) that does it no good. Either which way, we want to get it sorted for you asap!!
Often we will ask for pictures to be sent over. Don’t take this personally, it’s not that we don’t believe you – but instead sometimes helps us understand the problem, or gives us an insight as to what has happened and so may enable us to avoid the same problem again in the future.
Where possible, any items which are faulty/ damaged as you take them out of the box, we will always offer to replace the damaged item/ piece – obviously this will be at our cost. If we don’t have the item in stock (and you’d rather not wait till it is) or time is too tight for the event you needed this item for we will issue you a refund. Simples.
In regards to sending items that aren’t as you had anticipated, we offer a 28 day, no quibble returns policy. Should this be the case, send us an email with a bit of information (order number is often a good place to start) and we’ll advise you from there on getting the goods back.
